Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Artemis Intelligence ("Artemis", "we", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service at artemis-intelligence.net.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the service:

• Account information. Your email address and name when you sign up via Google OAuth.
• Portfolio data. The stocks, shares and trades you add or import to your portfolio, watchlist, or Track Record.
• Broker link. If you connect a broker in Settings, its API key and secret, stored encrypted and used to read your holdings and filled orders, to keep its watchlists and your Artemis watchlist together, and, if you start Autopilot with real money, to place its orders.
• Autopilot. If you start it, its practice portfolio: the starting amount, the practice trades and its value each day. With real money: the amount you set, the broker account, each order Autopilot places with its fill, and its value each day.
• Usage data. Which pages you visit and which features you use, to help us improve the product.
• Billing information. If you subscribe, payment details are handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

2. How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Provide the analysis features of Artemis Intelligence.
• Communicate with you about your account or important service changes.
• Process payments through Stripe.
• Detect fraud and protect the service from abuse.

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising. We do not share your portfolio information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored with the following service providers:

• Supabase — account data, portfolio holdings, trades, Track Record entries, Autopilot's practice portfolio and its real-money orders.
• Upstash — a cache of market data and analyses, and a connected broker's encrypted keys.
• Stripe — billing and subscription information (only if you subscribe).
• Google — authentication via Google OAuth.
• Vercel — application hosting, and anonymous page-view counts (Vercel Web Analytics: no cookies, no personal data).
• Anthropic — writes the analyses (Claude models); receives the holdings and public company data an analysis is written from.
• Sentry — error monitoring (errors only, no portfolio data).

All providers above are contractually committed to protecting your data. Each has its own privacy policy you can read on their websites.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics that follow you across the web.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time, by contacting us.
• Correct any inaccurate information.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your portfolio, holdings, and personal information within 30 days. Aggregated and anonymized usage data may be retained longer for service improvement.

7. Children's privacy

Artemis is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. We will post any changes on this page with an updated effective date. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email.

10. Important note on financial information

Artemis Intelligence is a research and analysis tool. We do not provide investment advice, and we are not a registered investment advisor or broker. Information shown by Artemis should not be considered a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Your portfolio data is yours; we use it only to provide analysis to you.
